How do I clear my browser cache?

Navigate to the URL: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData       

Check the boxes for "Cached images and Files "and the box for "Cookies and other Site Data"
Set the time drop down to "All Time"
Click "Clear Data"
Restart Chrome.
